At ExpatBuildr, we believe in transparency. This policy outlines how we collect, use, and share your information when you visit our site, read the blog, download a free resource, subscribe to the Galaxy Arbitrage Newsletter, or purchase a digital product.

02 · Information We Collect

A. Email Subscriptions (Beehiiv)

When you subscribe to the Galaxy Arbitrage Newsletter or unlock gated content, your email address is processed and stored via Beehiiv. We use this to send you the newsletter, digital product delivery, and promotional content. You can opt out at any time via the unsubscribe link in the footer of our emails.

B. Payment Data (Stripe)

When you purchase a digital product or service, payments are processed securely via Stripe. ExpatBuildr does not store your credit card information on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy applies to these transactions.

03 · Advertising Pixels & Data Shared With Ad Platforms

We share information about your visit and, in some cases, your email address with advertising platforms. We do this to measure whether our ads are working and to show our content and offers to people similar to our existing audience. Specifically:

Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel & Conversions API: Shares page views, button clicks, and — when you submit a form — a hashed (encrypted) version of your email address, so Meta can match the event to an ad account and build retargeting and lookalike audiences.
TikTok Pixel: Shares page views and conversion events (such as completing a purchase or signup) with TikTok Ads.
Reddit Pixel: Shares page visits and lead events, and — using Reddit's Advanced Matching — a hashed version of your email address when you subscribe or convert.
LinkedIn Insight Tag: Shares page views and conversion events with LinkedIn Ads, primarily for B2B and professional-audience retargeting.
X (Twitter) Pixel: Shares page views and lead events with X Ads.
Google Analytics (GA4) & Google Ads: Shares traffic and conversion data to help us understand how visitors use the site and measure ad performance.

Each of these platforms may combine the data we send with other data they already hold about you (from their own apps or other sites you've visited) according to their own privacy policies. We do not sell your data — this sharing is solely to operate and measure our own advertising. You can limit this by using your browser's tracking protections, an ad blocker, or by opting out directly through each platform's ad settings (for example, Meta's Ad Preferences, Google's Ad Settings, or the equivalent settings on TikTok, Reddit, LinkedIn, and X).

We use your data to:

Measure and improve the performance of our advertising across the platforms listed above.
